Weight Room

Overview

The team has reserved the Sports Clubs Weight Room. We encourage that all members come out during those times and lift but its understandable if you can't. It is recommended, however, that if you can't make the weight room times we have reserved that you go lift at the Rec. While we are not requiring a specific lifting program, you should do some sort of strength program like Stronglifts 5x5 or whichever strength program you like.

Weight Room Times

We have the following times for the Sports Club weight room this spring:

Tuesday 8-9:30 AM

Wednesday 7-8 PM

Thursday 8-9:30 AM

Friday 5-7 PM

Sunday 8-10 PM

If you go to weight room, you must go with a captain or an exec board member who has a code.
